Ayuda players showing offline on ubuntu version 20 or lower

Resolved

Due to an unforeseen issue, Ayuda players experienced a problem where they appeared offline and were unable to check in.
This issue occurred around 5:00 PM EST ( 19th June ) and affected customers using specific versions of the Ubuntu operating system (version 20 or older).

Impact: Players were showing as offline in the content management system ( Ayuda) , which prevented scheduling new content targeted at these specific screens.
However, content that was scheduled before 5 PM continued to play normally, and pops (proof of play) were functioning correctly.
