We want to inform you that our engineering team has been actively investigating access issues affecting Broadsign products. We are pleased to report that the situation has now stabilized.
During the outage, you may have experienced difficulties accessing Broadsign Control Administrator and/or seeing MIA players displayed. Please rest assured that scheduled content continued to play on your devices throughout this period, but players were unable to receive new updates from the BSS server (including new schedules, creatives, or campaigns).
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve the issue.
