Our engineering team is currently investigating the major incident detected by the statuspage for Ayuda NA and the EMEA region. At this time, we observe that all instances and players are operating successfully, and we expect this issue to be due to a faulty configuration in the monitoring system. We will continue our investigation to ensure that all systems are functioning properly.

Resolved -
Due to an unforeseen issue, Ayuda players experienced a problem where they appeared offline and were unable to check in. This issue occurred around 5:00 PM EST ( 19th June ) and affected customers using specific versions of the Ubuntu operating system (version 20 or older).
Impact: Players were showing as offline in the content management system ( Ayuda) , which prevented scheduling new content targeted at these specific screens. However, content that was scheduled before 5 PM continued to play normally, and pops (proof of play) were functioning correctly.
