Resolved - The data has been refreshed and prod-sandbox is now operational. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Update - The restoration process is ongoing and we expect it to complete and prod-sandbox to be back up by tomorrow morning EST.

Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Identified - The monthly refresh for the Control prod-sandbox server failed this week-end. We are working to refresh the data and will address the root cause once that has been complete.

This will also impact the Direct prod-sandbox environment as it imports resources from the Control prod-sandbox environment.
